All prices include 20% VAT.

The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition area, congress printed materials, and a certificate of attendance. It also covers coffee breaks and lunches throughout the congress dates.

Accommodation fees include the 3-night package rate with breakfast, covering the stay from check-in on September 4, 2025, to check-out on September 7, 2025. Prices include hotel service charges, and 10% VAT will be added to the total amount.

Transfer fees include 20% VAT.

Transfers for all participants who have submitted their flight details to Unicon Mice and requested transfer services will be arranged at the rates specified above.
